Building automation and control

It is very useful to CONTROL ALL FITTINGS of a flat, house or an office. It is not needed to open a gate manually, to climb along the roof to open a roof window or to pull back Venetian blinds, ... Temperatures in invididual rooms are regulated according to immediate needs (even unplanned before).

For such a SMART building there is a need of control, sending commands and transferring data. It is very convenient if it can be accomplished REMOTELY. In addition to this, the system can perform even additional functions (monitoring, checking, sending messages, …).

In this way the whole building is UNDER CONTROL which results in substantial savings, reliability (human element elimination), safety and comfort.

Of course it can be achieved by wiring. But it means kilometers of wires with expensive and dusty installation and building modification and not satisfying result, unsightly and unfriendly to subsequent changes.
